Rick Wraight - Principal

I came to Tea Gardens on a week's break from Sydney in 1980, and was floored by its untouched feel and warmth of spirit. I knew straight away this is where my future would be, and I made the sea-change.

Tea Gardens Real Estate licensee, Rick Wraight is a foundation member of the Myall Waterways Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Port Stephens/ Myall Lakes Estuary Management Committee. On week day mornings at 6:40, you can hear Rick on 2NC am 1233 (regional ABC) Radio Newcastle. He beach-fishes in winter for bream and taylor, and observes migratory birds such as curlew and snipe.

Trish Wraight - Principal

I once promoted the area for tourism, and I want everyone who comes to our towns, whether young or old, in fit body or not; here to visit or live …I want them to feel welcome, to feel at home.

Trish was Tourism Development Co-ordinator for the Great Lakes Shire. Though the business usually keeps her busy seven days a week, she was 1995 NSW Female Champion Game Fishing, Tag and Release Angler - a great achievement.

Kim Sepos - Property Lease Manager
